What is Paste Stack?

Paste Stack is Historr's sequential paste queue: copy several items, queue them, then paste them back one-by-one in the same order.

Short answer

Paste Stack turns clipboard history into a queue. Instead of opening your clipboard manager for every value, you add clips to the stack and press ⌥⌘V repeatedly to paste the next item.

How to use it

  1. Open Historr from the menu bar or with ⌥H.
  2. Right-click the clips you need and choose Add to Paste Stack.
  3. Switch to the app where you want to paste.
  4. Press ⌥⌘V for each queued item.

Why it matters

Sequential paste saves time when you are moving structured information between apps. It is especially useful for forms, spreadsheets, admin tools, and repetitive content migration.
